Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any eligible items. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been unboxed or removed from its original packaging.
To qualify for a return: Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure it’s returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
As soon as we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and send you a confirmation update. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund right away to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
