Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across the entire United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland! Please note, however, that due to shipping regulations, we’re unable to send orders with flammable products to Northern Ireland or BFPO addresses.

Can I amend my delivery options?

Once an order is placed, we aren’t able to adjust the delivery option. This helps us keep everything running smoothly as each option has a set price. If you have any questions, though, feel free to reach out – we’re here to help!

We want to make delivery easy and flexible for you! Here are the options available:

1. Free DeliveryOn orders over £40
Spend £40 or more and enjoy FREE delivery on us – no code needed!

2. Standard DeliveryOnly £4.99
Expect your order within 2–3 working days, so you can relax knowing it’s on its way!

3. Express DeliveryJust £7.99
In a hurry? Choose express delivery and your items will arrive within 1–2 working days.

Please note: Occasionally, deliveries may experience slight delays due to factors beyond our control, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Ordering

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it right away to get it to you as quickly as possible, so unfortunately, changes aren’t possible at this stage.

How will I know my order has been processed?

You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order, letting you know it’s been successfully processed.

How long until my order is dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, so your items will be on their way to you soon!

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email with a reference number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Payment

What if my payment is declined?

If your payment doesn’t go through, it might be because the card you’re using isn’t registered to the same address as your billing address. Double-check your details and feel free to try again!

Returns & Refunds

What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty item?

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, don’t worry – we’re here to help! Just reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

We hope you’re happy with your order, but if you need to return an item, we’re here to make it easy. You have 14 days from receipt to return any unused item in resealable condition, along with its original packaging.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, certain sealed items cannot be returned once opened, unless they were damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered to you.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 10 working days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
